RAISE RETURN REQUEST POLICY

Delivery Timeline

Orders will be shipped between the time span of 10-15 days. For urgent requests, please WhatsApp / Call us on +9196011092485. In case of any unforeseen delays, team will inform you and will keep you posted on delivery status.

Exchange And Return

In case of return or exchange, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the garments. You can WhatsApp / Call us on +9196011092485 or email us at DressCo.works@gmail.com.

There are 2 ways to return the product-

  1. You can ship it back to us on the given address (1210, Royal Trade Centre, Nr. Cable Stayed Bridge, Adajan, Surat-395009)
  2.  You can request for home pick-up at a charge of Rs.150. This amount will be adjusted against the store credit or exchange.

For size exchanges, we provide one time size exchange. However, if the outfit doesn’t suit you and you would like to return it then we provide STORE CREDIT that can be availed in 6 MONTHS (Which means you have an opportunity to shop from our next 2-3 new collection launches. Please note that we have a NO REFUND policy in effect as considerable time and efforts is allocated towards meticulously creating the items.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, please go through the below conditions-

  • We do not accept return / exchange request orders purchased in sale (Stock clearance sale, flat sale, flash sale etc)
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with lable / tags intact.
  • We only exchange a product for once and informed within a day of receipt. Inconsistencies and irregulating in weaving and dyeing depict the fact that they are made by hands.
  • It’s the beautiful characteristics of natural handmade products, it should not be treated as defect and so they are not entitled for return or exchange.
  • Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged. In case the received item does not meet the above condition, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • To ensure your DressCo. garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection.

 

DreesCo. Team holds the right to not accept returns or exchange in case any of the conditions are not met.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once the order is processed, no cancellation request will be entertained. 
  • DressCo. reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you.
