Even though we always strive to provide you with a great experience each time you shop with us, items purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.

Please note:

Carefully check that all products you’ve received are correctly against your order.

In case of any damage or error in supply, kindly intimate the issue via e-mail within 7 days of delivery with relevant images attached to DressCo.works@gmail.com

On verification, we will offer you a replacement within 10 days from the return of the product.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, tags and labels should be intact.

ALTERATION POLICY

In the event of a sizing issue concerning a product we will behappy to make the required alterations to the existing piece. Only one free alteration is provided per piece. The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at DressCo. cost.
